How long does it take before I can see my samples?
Your samples will be presented to you five business days after we receive your payment.
How can I see my logo design samples?
After we receive your payment we will create a personal web page for you where we will upload your logo design samples.
How many changes may I ask for my logo design?
Unlimited changes can be applied to your chosen logo design, until you are 100% satisfied.
What if I don't like any of initial logo designs?
You will be presented with six or more completely new logo design variations.
Can you redo my existing logo design?
Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your logo request.
Do you do illustrations?
Our packages and prices do not include illustration designs. Please contact us to get our quotes on illustrations.
What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?
There is a big difference between a corporate image and an illustration. Corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size. Illustrations are usually a very complicated artwork that looses its quality when reduced in size. Very busy images like these are hard to read and recognize.
Do you make logo design for products, titles, or names?
Yes, we create any type of graphic identity.
When I view my logo on the web site it seems to have different colors from my original logo design?
Yes, it happens because we match your logos RGB colors with Pantone colors for your stationery. Pantone colors may appear different on screen because we match them on the Pantone chart as it will appear when it gets printed. You will get a version of your logo in RGB colors as well.
Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?
All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers.
What is the difference between a print logo and a web logo?
Print logos warrant a higher resolution and need to be saved in certain standard print format. Web logos require a much smaller resolution (they only need to be displayed on screen). They are not a good choice for printing (they will appear blurred or jagged on paper).
Do you keep a backup of my logo?
Yes, lifetime backups included with all design work.
Can you also make me a business card/letterhead?
Yes, we offer many different design services. View more information here.
Will I receive the logo in color, grayscale and in black and white as well?
Yes, but with certain packages. With our most basic package you receive it in color only. With any of the other logo design packages you receive it in color, grayscale and in black & white.
How many colors can my logo have? Does it cost more to have many colors?
There's no limit and no extra charge for many colors. Your only consideration here is printing cost. Depending on the printing process used, more colors often cost more to have printed. View more information on our Printing Services.
I live in a different country. Can I still order from First Source Web?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a basic grasp of English, you can order from First Source Web. Your geographical location is irrelevant.
Can you guarantee a final delivery date?
Yes and no. Our average time frame is approximately 5 days. Although, the final delivery date depends on you more than on us - the logo design process stops when you say it stops, so it's impossible for us to commit to a final delivery date. As much as possible, we'll work within your time constraints.
Are there logo design clichés to avoid?
Yes, there certainly are. Anything that you could classify as a "basic shape" is dangerous. Ask yourself: Is there a reasonable chance that another designer could independently come up with the same logo?
How can you provide this service for such a low cost?
The reason our prices are so low is because that is how we build our customers trust. We believe in establishing longtime customers who do repeat business with us.
Do you have any examples of logos you have done?
You can view our portfolio for samples of our previous work.
What if I have my own idea for the logo design?
Any ideas or requests you may have for your future logo design you may indicate in your logo request, or contact your project coordinator.
